A Residential Community Among the Live Oaks of Highland Road

Live Oak Estates is a residential community located along Historic Highland Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Developed in the early 1990s, the community has enjoyed continued appeal and reinvestment.

The Live Oak Estates Civic Association is designed to help preserve property values within the Live Oak Estates subdivision through the maintenance of all common landscaped areas and represent a united voice for the 169 homes with our elected officials and Parish government.
