Community Support

The Live Oak Estates Civic Association is a member supported, non-profit organization.

The Annual Assessment is used to support the maintenance of the community, make critical improvements and to safeguard against future unplanned maintenance requirements.

There are two methods for dues payment — physical check or by credit card. To pay by credit card, click the link below and follow the prompts. To pay by check, please make a check out to “Live Oak Estates Civic Association” and mail to the address below:

*To help offset the processing costs of online payment, the dues amount for online payments has been set at $160. If paying by physical check, dues will be $150.
